Strengthening Education-to-Career Systems Through Meaningful, Actionable Data

Cross-sector data on Colorado’s education-to-career systems is foundational to meeting regional economic demands, sustaining thriving communities, and developing a diverse and talented workforce prepared for current and future jobs.

But data alone isn’t enough. It takes collaboration across state agencies, employers, educators, community partners, learners, and earners to turn information into insight and insight into action.

The Attainment Network brings partners together to strengthen how data is connected, understood, and used to inform decisions, improve education-to-career pathways, and drive measurable progress toward a more effective and responsive career-connected learning ecosystem.

CONNECTING POLICY, DATA & PRACTICE

As Colorado works toward providing high-quality “Big 3” experiences to all learners — accelerated coursework, industry-recognized credentials, and work-based learning—data must evolve alongside policy and practice. The Attainment Network connects regional implementation with statewide conversations, bringing partners together to identify data needs, surface lessons from the ground, and help ensure emerging policies and systems support meaningful education and career outcomes.

BUILDING EVIDENCE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WORKS

Access to high-quality program, employment, and earnings data helps educators, employers, policymakers, and community partners understand what’s working, for whom, and where improvement is needed. The Attainment Network works with evaluation and ecosystem partners to build evidence, support continuous improvement, and translate learning into action, helping partners strengthen education-to-career pathways and make informed decisions about where and how effective approaches can grow.

MAKING SENSE OF A CHANGING EDUCATION-TO-CAREER LANDSCAPE

As Colorado’s education-to-career landscape evolves, The Attainment Network helps partners understand what’s changing, why it matters, and what it means for their work. As the state advances new policies, data infrastructure, and greater alignment across education and workforce, we connect partners to information and resources, translate complex changes into practical insights, and help regional and local leaders navigate new opportunities for the learners and earners they serve.
