Aaron Miltenberger is a nonprofit leader and community strategist dedicated to advancing youth opportunity, equity, and rural resilience in Colorado’s San Luis Valley. As Co-Executive Director of Community Engagement and Partnerships for Boys & Girls Clubs of the SLV, he has expanded access to education, work-based learning, behavioral health, and family supports across multiple communities. Aaron serves on statewide councils, including the Colorado Opioid Abatement Council and Tony Grampsas Youth Services Board, amplifying rural voices in policy and funding decisions. Named the 2024 BGCA Southwesterner of the Year, he believes empowered youth can transform communities from within.
