REANNA WERNER

Co-Founder

Savvion HQ

Reanna Werner is the co-founder of Savvion HQ, where she helps small businesses tackle complex people and organizational challenges with clarity and strategy. With a background that spans corporate HR, entrepreneurship, small business consulting, and workforce development, she brings a unique perspective on the connection between education, talent, and economic vitality.

Her career includes designing and running apprenticeship programs, partnering with the U.S. Department of Labor on apprenticeship advocacy, and serving on the Pikes Peak Workforce Development Board, the Workforce Action Team (as co-chair), and the Pikes Peak State College Advisory Board. Through these roles, she has worked at the intersection of industry and education, ensuring that businesses have access to skilled talent while creating meaningful opportunities for learners and earners to thrive.

Reanna holds an MBA as well as SPHR and SHRM-SCP credentials. She is passionate about strengthening workforce pipelines, building resilient communities, and expanding opportunity through practical, business-informed solutions.

Outside of work, Reanna and her husband Brian co-lead Savvion HQ while raising their two children, Belle and Jack. When she’s not advancing workforce initiatives, she can often be found restoring vintage furniture, experimenting in the kitchen, or chasing new creative projects—with paint under her nails and her family at the center of it all.
